Project scope
In this project, we created leisure and relaxation areas for the Teleperformance Lithuania office – providing furniture, artificial greenery, and acoustic solutions. The company, caring about employee well-being and health, placed great emphasis on comfort and quality rest between work tasks.
In the lounge area, we installed a blooming cherry tree, which became the focal point of the space. Beneath it, a unique leisure zone was created, featuring unusually shaped swings and custom-made sofas by Ergolain. Special attention was given to ensuring high-quality acoustics and sound insulation. Acoustic wall panels not only absorb and block noise but also reflect today’s design trends. Integrated greenery between the panels further enhances the calming atmosphere created by natural green tones.
Employee comfort during lunch breaks is ensured by a spacious multifunctional dining area with an integrated kitchen and an informal meeting space – an amphitheater. The kitchen zone, featuring a high table and bar stools, is separated by plants and a contemporary modular sofa system. This modular sofa system can be easily adjusted to transform the space according to different needs. In the dining area, lightweight and easy-to-clean quality plastic furniture was selected. In one corner of this large space, a leisure area was created for active socializing. The swings allow employees to retreat from the group while still being among colleagues, while the amphitheater and large chalkboard encourage communication, teamwork, and creativity.
