Colleagues at the renewed SHIFT4 PAYMENTS LITHUANIA office have already been working here for several months. This space was created with a strong focus on employee well-being. Ergonomic height-adjustable desks in the workstations meet the highest requirements of IT sector professionals. The work environment is enlivened by colorful and stylish sofas and lounge chairs. Individual offices were designed according to the different needs of employees, using ergonomic X-RAY desks and personalized storage cabinets. Acoustic hanging partitions in the open-plan areas ensure not only zoning and sound insulation but also serve as distinctive interior details.

For the employee lounge and dining area, cozy and functional bar tables and chairs were chosen, inviting everyone to enjoy the view of the Neris River. A visible kitchen island, cabinets, and sofas add a homelike comfort. The unique layout of the space posed a challenge in creating both functionality and coziness. The only way to combine these aspects was to integrate custom-made furniture – in this case, tables designed to follow the shape of the space.

In the meeting rooms, proper acoustics are ensured by specially selected curtains combined with carpet flooring. The spaces are brought to life with vibrant design elements and comfortable conference furniture.

Custom solutions in this office were also implemented for wardrobes, storage cabinets, and bathroom furniture. However, the most complex among them were the testing desks, specifically designed to meet the needs of SHIFT4 PAYMENTS LITHUANIA employees.

Although new furniture dominates the office, Ergolain also renewed existing desks by replacing tabletops and adding fixed acoustic partitions. The result once again confirmed that by choosing the more sustainable path of furniture renewal, we can preserve both functionality and aesthetics.

SHIFT4, an American capital company, has been operating in Lithuania since 2017. Here, the company has established its software development and customer service centers. Among more than 200,000 Shift4 clients are such names as Starlink, Allegiant, T-Mobile Arena, Hilton, Four Seasons, Marriott, Caesars, Denny’s, the majority of Las Vegas hotels and casinos, and many other well-known companies in the tourism, entertainment, and service industries, all of whom rely on the company’s smart POS and payment solutions.
