The new Komfovent office radiates a strong sense of peace in harmony with warm coziness. Natural sunlight, oak decor, concrete create an environment for employees in which it is pleasant to both work and enjoy breaks. The tribute to natural motifs reflects the company’s responsible approach to ecology and sustainability. The harmony of sharp and soft lines and the oak decor panels on the walls and ceiling are reminiscent of natural motifs, which are enhanced by living plants in the center of the office building – the atrium.

The entire project is dominated by individual furniture solutions, executed in unusual forms: a plant oasis in a round flowerbed, trimmed with wooden structures, opens up even over several floors. The furniture in the reception area is executed in the opposite way – sharp corners, straight lines.

The uniqueness of the project is the design solution for the walls and ceiling. Ergolain trimmed the walls with oak decor panels. This interior element is found on all three floors of this office building and fits perfectly into the overall vision of the project architects, which was implemented by the Ergolain team.

Interesting facts about the KOMFOVENT project:

1500 sq.m. of non-combustible BS1 class and 1000 sq.m. of regular LMDP oak decor panels were used for wall, ceiling and door cladding;
In the middle of the atrium – a flower garden with lighting in a wooden flowerbed, the perimeter of which reaches 21 m.
78 lockers were made especially for this project;
A 13.5 m long food distribution line was made in the canteen and 150 seats were installed;
All the furniture and materials used in the project weighed 32 tons.
