Project scope

The LOUNGE area, designed for the tenants of the “Business Garden” business center, was created with the evolving hybrid office model in mind, offering additional flexible work and meeting spaces in a warm and cozy environment.
The spaces feature plenty of sofas, high bar tables, and coffee tables, ideal for team gatherings, casual conversations with colleagues, or meetings with clients over coffee. Upon entering, one sees a kitchen island and a custom-made kitchen unit behind it. This spatial layout naturally evokes the feeling of a home or hotel environment. The created spaces emphasize comfort and a variety of choices, allowing everyone to find a productive and enjoyable place to work or relax.

For those who prefer more private work, there are enclosed offices or acoustic rooms. For employees seeking a workspace with natural light, custom-made desks are placed along the windows, extending the window sills. There are also several meeting rooms – larger or smaller, designed for both short and extended meetings.

Many of the interior and furniture solutions in the “Business Lounge” are custom-made. This approach maximizes the potential of the space and creates a modern, timeless interior that meets the diverse needs of employees.
