Project scope

The office of the commercial real estate development and management company “Baltisches Haus” is located in the “Bokšto skveras” business and leisure complex. Within this unique Baroque-style ensemble, Ergolain implemented the project by combining natural materials with modern furniture solutions. Contemporary design elements within the exceptional interior highlight the building’s unique architecture and allow sunlight to flow freely throughout the space. Natural furniture materials and a palette of white and earthy tones, creating an aesthetic harmony, can be found across the entire office.

Upon entering the “Baltisches Haus” premises, you are greeted by a striking 4.8-meter-long reception desk with a concrete-effect finish. The office workstations are divided into a spacious open-plan work area and private offices, where Ergolain supplied height-adjustable desks, shelving, cabinets, and storage systems. The highlight of the workspace is a spectacular 5.5-meter-long aquarium weighing more than 3 tons, showcased on a specially engineered piece of furniture produced by Ergolain, designed to withstand the heavy weight and equipped with storage cabinets.

The office dining area also serves as a leisure zone – a space designed for having meals and enjoying a break between tasks. Ergolain provided all dining furniture solutions, including kitchen cabinets, bar tables and chairs, sofas with side tables, and an acoustically upholstered wall that not only absorbs sound but also serves as an impressive interior feature.
