1.2. The purpose of the Policy is to define the main rules for personal data processing by the Company as a data controller, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable legal acts.

1.3. The Policy applies when a person uses our services, submits an inquiry, gives consent to receive newsletters or marketing messages, and when visiting our website www.ergolain.lt (hereinafter – the Website). The Policy does not apply when using other companies’ websites or services, even if accessed via links on our Website.
