1. Purpose of the Policy, Basic Concepts and Principles

With this Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), UAB Ergolain (hereinafter referred to as the Company) acknowledges that the protection of personal data is important to our customers and other data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the Data Subjects) and is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each data subject.

1.2. The purpose of the Policy is to establish the basic rules for the processing of personal data by the Company as a data controller, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable legal acts.
